Meditation is about COMMITMENT, INTENTION and CONSISTENCY. It feeds the SOUL and nourishes our WAIRUA.
In todays world it is important that we have a good emotional diet.
Join me as I guide you through practical techniques of PRANAYAMA (breathing techniques) and vibrational MEDITATION.
This 5 week course will help you reconnect with your breath, the KING of your mind, and move beyond our unconscious patterns and reconnect with our inner PEACE and TRUTH. YOUR INTERNAL REALITY IS YOUR EXTERNAL REALITY Be the change you want to see in the world!

It is the science of harmonizing unhealthy cellular memories and establishing beneficial vibrations within the physical and subtle bodies. During class, students are guided through sequences that infuse every part of the body with uplifting thoughts, feelings and words. Best of all, this practice is fun, challenging and engaging, both mentally and physically. Each class culminates with meditations, which are an exciting and a delightfully fresh way to keep the mind sharp, the body healthy and the spirit high!
